Ping a Website

Relavent to: https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/21014639/Windows-XP-app-which-can-ping-a-website-every-hour-and-based-on-reply-info-access-a-URL.html

I would like to ping a website (txt3.Text) four times and if four out of four are timeouts start one action, if 1/4,2/4,3/4 are successful pings start another action. How can this be done?  I checked this code out (http://www.developerfusion.com/show/2857/2) for pinging in VB.NET but I can't get it modified to do anything that I'm trying to do.

Thanks,

-Phil

I can't get that code to work in any fashion.

Gives me like 15 errors, and it just a bit to complex for me to fix lol...

Anyways it seems right now my perspective is:

Function -> Ping
Ping (Location one)
If results == failed
[ Open browser ]
else
[ Reset Timer]

Yikes!

Ok Thanks anyways but I got it working myself:
