  • The Feedback of the Community

Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Convert "int" to "String"

How can I conver an integer variable to a String variable?

int val1 = 34;
String val2 = (String) val1;

Above does not work:
inconvertible types found   : int
required: java.lang.String
        String val2 = (String) val1;
                               ^
1 error


Pls help.
