Text listing of "System Tray" contents?
Hi,
On my wish list is a script that will run from a DOS window and show me a text listing of the icons appearing in the System Tray. My plan is to execute this script remotely using psexec from sysinternals.com It will allow me to tell if an end-user is seeing the icon (yellow shield) that indicates new Windows Updates are available for installation.
Is this even possible? A script or a link to a script would be great Thanks!
