I have a customer with a new PC running XP home and Office 2007. All prevoius docs on the old PC were all Office 97. They now are all hiiden somewhere. Funny thing is you can see them via the Recent Documents folder and once opened you can alter the doc. Go to save as and it points you to a folder named Documents with all the 97 docs in it. Cannot locate this folder on the C drive at all. I Have folder options to show hidden files etc. I have never seen this before.
The pc is running AVG 8 Internet Security but I don't think this would have anything to do with it
