Upgrading exchange 2003 clustered mailbox servers to exchange 2003 SP2

Hi,

We have exchange 2003 cluster in our organisation. there are two windows cluster with four nodes each. three active and one passive. So three Virtual servers in each cluster. We also have three frontend servers and two public folder exchange servers. now we want to upgrade our setup to exchange 2003 SP2. I want to know the steps and order of upgradation process. Do we need any down time. are there any issues that may come up while upgrading to exchange SP2 and what would be the recovery plan in case of these issues. Also if anyone can send DR plan and steps for Clustered mailbox server ,i.e, if the clomplete windows cluster goes down.
A prompt reply would be of great help.
