Windows Permission

I have a user that is using a laptop on the domain. His laptop was recently swapped with a new laptop by one of his IT guys. He now have permission problems, He cannot rename or delete any doceuments in his my Document folder. I checked his permission on his dcoument folder and they seems fine.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this problem. Also, there are two other persons having the same issue and IT guy swapped their computers also.Start Free Trial
