It services company needs helpdesk software

We are an IT support company with about 7 clients.
We install and manage the complete network for these clients.
Now we are looking for a helpdesk software hosted or inhouse for the users at these companies to create and view their trouble tickets.

We tried spiceworks but this would be installed at each client separately and we would not see all tickets from all clients at the same time.

We also looked at  CONNECTWISE but it is too pricey right now.

We would also like for the program to help us with time and billing

Anyone knows of something like connectwise but moderately priced.
