We have been in business for several years, but have recently come upon several opportunities to begin offering a contractual type of relationship for our services in network and systems administration.
We have several lines of thought as to how to structure it and such, but are hopeful to get some additional input or that someone could point us towards some other insightful resources.
One thing to keep in mind is that we're not certain as to how to really make a contract (*wisely*) have more incentive than traditional "in and out" repairs and admin. Again, we have some ideas but would like to know what works for others. We figure that some sort of discount regiment will be in order, but again, we have nothing solid in mind. I assume some sort of discount incentive should be offered, but we're not sure what would be attractive, what has worked for others and (obviously) we can't slit our own throats by giving too steep of a discount. An attractive response time incentive has also been considered, but again, price keeps rolling back in as people want to save money.
Any help would be super!
