First the bad news. This functionality is not offered by Microsoft with the standard SharePoint.
But now the Good news. You can add this functionality with an add-in product. You can get details here:

After installing, you can move tasks by right clicking on the Edit Control Block (down arrow on the right side) for a task item. A Copy To... menu item appears.
When selected, you can then choose the list where the task should be copied. Once the task has been copied, you can then delete it from the original list, resulting in a task move from one list to another.
