With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Adding Local Users to a Domain and Migrating All Infomation

My company is moving local users to a domain for the first time. What is the best option to migrate the local users information to the domain? Below is the list of files that would  be moved to the domain.

Outlook 2003 and 2007 pst(C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook) and NK2 file (C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook)
My Documents(C:\Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents
Favorites (C:\Documents and Settings\UserName)
Desktop (C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop

My syntax skills are not very strong, is there a template available that I could modify?
