Microsoft USMT does not copy regional settings

Im testing out the Microsoft USMT to see how we could use it in our environement and i tested it but somehow it does not copy my keyboard language and regional settings.

Maybe its a command i am missing or something.
I am using the scanstate command with /i:miguser.xml and /i:migapp.xml, /i:mygsys.xml and i use this all in the command prompt. Not going thru a script or anything

What version of USMT are you using?
Here is an MS article that describes in details what USMT 3.0 will migrate and what special conditions may apply based on OS.
