Do you have a network you want to secure/improve on? Or do you want general info on setting up and securing a network?

Firstly you should put protocols in place that specify how and what is requiered of your technisians to ensure network security and preformance.

Further you have to keep tabs that your technisians follow your protocols, also network traffic will have to be monitored continously to be able to react to increasing demand.
