CVS server synchronization
Can anyone tell me if you have some experiences with setting up a cvs server in combination with a development envoirement.
Our situation is a linux (CENTOS) webserver with running CVS and direct admin contral panel. We have installed tortoise cvs at our local (win xp) workstations to receive the cvs files. At this moment we manual upload the cvs files (when they are checked) to the direct admin ftp account. If we have upload we can test it online. (The direct admin server is the same server if the cvs server).
We want when we do a cvs commit that the last verision of the file automatic are deployed at our direct admin test webserver. So we don't have to upload the files manual.

Install CVS client on the target and check out your repository. Use post commit notification hook to run a script like
ssh user@target /usr/bin/cvs update /home/my/repository
