I am looking for agile project management tool with nice executive dashboard. Currently I use x-planner http://www.xplanner.org/ which is excellent agile project management tool but does not offer executive dashboard for CIO or CTO. Couple of project in my company uses http://www.basecamphq.com/

As cdbosh mentioned for Microsoft technology VSTS has built-in reporting that can be turned into CIO readable format. If you are having a portfolio of products in development and using MS Project Server, you are opt for the same (I have installed it once in a Software Factory with a project health index that is presented on a screen at the entrance of the department, cool feature ...)
For product lines working with IBM Rational tools, a good option would be IBM Rational Dashboard or ProjectConsole.

And if you are working with multiple technologies and a big enterprise, consider e.g. Artemis.
Point with all these tools to make it workable is that it must be able to grab the core information from the project or projects. If you can provide us with some information about your tool environment and/or technology I am sure we can help you on the best (or less worst) option for your CxO's.

Then there is Microsoft's, which is really and extention to Visual Studio's Team System. If you're not using that development platform, this won't be helpful:
