my son was given a laptop from my sister, the laptop belonged to my nephew who is no longer with us.it is in good condition , it is no older than 3 yrs, the only one who knew the pasword was my nephew? how do we reset the password or change it all together.we would like to wipe all of his personlal information out of the laptop
