Accessing the correct MSDN with dual IDEs (VBNET and VB6)

I have just taken the plunge and put VB.NET on my development machine, while having VB6 available for daily use.
I have installed the latest MSDN helpfiles in a different directory for VB.NET as was told they would not work with VB6. My issue is that the old F1 help system for VB6 has remained in tact (yeah), but when I wish to access MSDN for VB.NET, it asked for the CD. How do I redirect the .NET IDE to look in the new area for helpfiles. The dynamic help works fine, but it is limited and given I trying to learn .NET I need access to the latest info. Any ideas?

I did this initially, but I still get the request for the CD in E: drive.
I cant find where I point the 'help' function to the new folder  -

D:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\MSDN\2003

Sorted it out myself, I have now realised that MSDN doesnt fully install itself for .net, only selected base files.
Basically I copied all the files off the CD and it now works fine.
