The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not?   • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. AS400 TCP

We have a CISC box V3R2 and a RISC box V3R7 running TCP/IP.  
The CISC box can ping the RISC.
The CISC box can ping all of our PC's on the network
All of our PC's on the network can ping the CISC box.

The RISC box can ping the CISC box.
However, the PC's can't ping the RISC and the RISC can't ping any of the PC's.

PING NT_40 returns the following messages:
Verifying connection to host system NT_40 at address 207.212.194.126
No response from host within 1 seconds for connection verification 1.
No response from host within 1 seconds for connection verification 2.
No response from host within 1 seconds for connection verification 3.
No response from host within 1 seconds for connection verification 4.
No response from host within 1 seconds for connection verification 5.
Connection verification statistics: 0 of 5 successful (0 %).

So far, IBM hasn't a clue.  Any ideas.
