table definition

Hi

This is a noob question:
is there an equivalent of the sp_help sp in SQL that I can use on AS400? or anything like the sysobjects tables in SQL?
I am interested of a quick way of querying the table definitions from a query tool (like the SQL Scripts tool under ISeries navigator)

SysTables holds high-level table information
SysColumns holds column-definition information for the tables
SysConstraints holds (as you would expect) constraint information'
SysRoutines holds info about stored procedures and functions

There are other SYS tables, but those are the one I use the most.

Alternately, if you have access to a command-line, you can use the old stand-by command DspFD.
