WHEN I TRY TO OPEN AN AS400 SESSION I RECEIVE PCSERR100 ERROR ALLOCATING 142 BYTES MEMORY FROM WINDOWS GLOBAL MEMORY HEAP

I AM RUNNING WINDOWS XP SP3 & GET THIS MESSAGE EVERY TIME I TRY TO OPEN AS400: " PCSERR100 ERROR ALLOCATING 142 BYTES MEMORY FROM WINDOWS GLOBAL MEMORY HEAP".  THERE'S NO PROBLEM AS FAR AS LACK OF DISK SPACE, & I'VE ALREADY TRIED UNINSTALLING & RE-INSTALLING THE PROGRAM.
IT WAS RUNNING FINE UNTIL I DID A SYSTEM RESTORE THIS PAST MONDAY. AFTER THAT, I COULDN'T USE IT.
