Is there any edition of AS400 such as Mini SAP and Oracle Express to run in Windows for tutorial?

Dears,

I would like to learn RPG/ILE, so is there any mini program or express edition of AS400 to run on Windows.

As I know there is free version for Oracle which is Oracle XE and there is free version for SAP. All these product are used for tutorial.Start Free Trial
