Inactive users can be found using the Analyze Profile Activity (ANZPRFACT) command, or by calling one of the QSECIDL programs in QSYS, with a parameter of number of days of inactivity. Users inactive longer than that are disabled.
Check your job schedule entries (WRKJOBSCDE) for a job named QSECIDL1; it may be running and disabling inactive users.

There are also:
DSPACTPRFL Display Active Profile List
CHGACTPRFL Change Active Profile List
CHGACTPRFL allows you to add profiles to the 'Active' list. Profiles on that list won't be disabled even if they exceed the inactivity limit.
Note that if no profiles show up on the lists, it simply means that no one has added any.
