How fcntl(fd, F_SETOWN, getpid()) work with more than one port but only one process

As we know that fcntl function binds the process id to allow receiving SIGIO which
is fcntl(fd, F_SETOWN, getpid()). What if I have to open three serial ports in one programm which means that getpid() is same but how my program handles which signal for /dev/ttyS0, which signal for /dev/ttyS1. Where should I specify so that program knows which serial port should do something one signal comes.
sigaction(SIGIO, &saio, NULL). Should I specify specific fd in saio which is sigaction structure? Thanks.
