How to get big endian file output without modifying source code on FC 3?

I need my binary output file to be in a big endian order on a PC running FC 3.
I'm programming in C,  compiling with gcc (GCC) 3.4.4 20050721 (Red Hat 3.4.4-2).
Is there any way to get big endian file output without modifying source code?

Any ideas?
