How can I install "libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3" from an SSH shell, step by step?

I have a server which I am told is missing something called libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 but I have no idea how to install it. I have SSH root access to the server but no idea what to type line by line. I have no idea what I am doing in Linux, sorry! Does anyone have a step by step guide?

Thanks,
