Hi,
I have two DVB-S USB 2.0 devices (
http://www.worlddvb.com/product/htm/usbs.htm)
I'm using them on Gentoo (Linux 2.6.24-gentoo-r4)
Periodicaly the DVB-S device lose the connection with the USB. I want to find why it happens.
After server reboot, DVB-S device won't wake up.

Just DVB device reboot solves the problem. The thing is that the server is remote, and it is not easy to restart the DVB device.
Could anyone help me to find the problem. It is in USB implementation in Linux, or the DVB device is flakey?
Thanks
