Sending Email using mail comand with csv file as an attachment

Hi All,
   I have one script where i need to send email to some ppl. Iam using KSH script on LINUX. Iam generating one csv file inside script and then I need to send that file as an attachment to ppl.
Iam using mail command but somehow iam unable to attach file. is there any way i can sebd file as an attachment with subject " Global List"  and text as "Global List System"Start Free Trial
