What is the best free GUI tool for Tcl/Tk development?
I need to develop a GUI that produces Tcl/TK code. I started looking at Visual TCL, but the documentation is minimal. I tried downloading SpecTcl, but the version didn't have installation instructions. Any recommendations for a tool and documentation or tutorials for the recommended tool? I'll ultimately need the capability to send messages through TCP/IP.
