How to monitor Linux users activities

Hi

At my company we have 200 Linux workstations
we need to monitor user activities like:
1- Login time
2- Logout time
3- what they were doing (which application they run and for how long)
4- do they keep the box idle (just login and forget)
5- do they utilize the machine or not

any help please

the soultion we need to log every thing in one centraliezd database
I will develop the soultion , I need how to collect the informations

is it ready in logs or I should write scripts to collect

if I should write scripts , Can you tell me what the script will do or where it will be looking for info.
