text print command in console application

Hi..

I have a problem in text printing in console application.
What I want to konw is, the name of some functions
which can be used (compiled with no error) in VC.

first, clear screen in console appication
  (like clearscreen or cls in boland c++ 3.1)

second, locate the charactor in specified position in
  screen. (like outtextxy in boland c++3.1)

third, delay the process
  (like delay or Sleep function )

2. I don't really know but check out the SetConsoleCursorPosition() API in the documentation.

3. Sleep() works without any problems.
