IDE uses h-files and not lib files for IntelliSence menu. Try to add required h-files to the project (Project - Add to Project - Files).

Browse All TopicsI have several libraries I have created and have noticed that they do not expose their methods in the IDE when placed in other directories (..\src, ..\lib, ..\include).
Normally classes will expose their methods in pop-up style when the DOT "." or pointer arrow "->" is issued.
How do I make this happen (in my project) for classes where the source (.cpp) is in the ..\source directory, the .lib is in the ..\lib directory and the .h is in the ..\include directory?

I've purchase a fantastic Add-On that fixes this problem.
It's called VisualAssist, and can be downloaded from following link:

Try it out. After you use it, you'll never want to use VC++ without it.
