I work as a contracter, and I work in different sites every year.
All my clients are still using MFC, and requesting develpement of new MFC applications.
IMHO, MFC is not going away any time soon

Browse All TopicsMy purpose of this question is to save necessary research time. Is MFC being replaced or being used anymore? I would love to learn it, since most programmers cringe when hearing these 3 letters, but if it'll become a thing of the past then inject me with the new and improved!!!

Have a look at the number of (recent) questions in this TA. That, I would say, is a strong hint that it is still used. I am not usre if C# with .net is replacing it or just building up on it. But windows doesn't seem to be that renovated to not support MFC anymore.
