Win32 API Change Folder

Hi there,

I'm trying to change a folder using windows API
Say for example I open "MYFOLDER" although I want it to display "MYFOLDER" in the title and location bar
I want the display to actually access "MYFOLDER2"

Is there a way of doing this with Windows API, I don't mind which language it's in as long as it can be achieved
and i'm trying to do it in Windows XP
