Hello:
Using Query Analyzer in sqlserver 2000 [version 8.00.2039], I am trying to run a query thro a sqlserver linked server to connect to an oracle database.  My SELECT query fails only when I use a WHERE clause and getting an error as follows:
OLE DB provider 'MSDAORA' reported an error.
[OLE/DB provider returned message: ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero]
OLE DB error trace [OLE/DB Provider 'MSDAORA' IRowset::GetNextRows returned 0x80004005:   ].

However, the SELECT query works fine without a WHERE clause.

The query which fails:
select * from ExtOracleDB..SYSADM.PS_KS_EXT_SESSION where emplid='K0000178174'
Appreciate your time and help..
Thank you
