Place of ActiveX ATL control

My ActiveX control is dialog control, that must works
in Internet. I want open dialog in exect place
HTML code like this:

   CODEBASE = "datehNew.dll"

And coordinates must be ~ 100,200,520,400
But how I can found this coordinates??
