triangulation of 3D points to draw a mesh

with the spacial coordinates present with us we need to draw a 3D surface in the Autocad using triangulation method. which is a meshing concept. need to write an algorithm which allows engineers and scientist to visualize, manipulate and understand numerical data by the creation of numerical models of structures, beams etc.
this is a meshing concept. this triangulation algorithm should satisfy the Delaunay criterion.
 show me a solution for the problem so that i can carry on with my work further
