As u said some links: U can visit the following site for a good information about SW Project: http://www.epri.com/eprisoftware/processguide/index.html

Also u can visit http://www.rspa.com This is the site of Roger.S.Pressman & Associates, well known author of many SE related books & u can also read his titles.

:)
Hi maximyshka,

Haven't got any responses from u, if u have any point to clarify then plz. ask.

Thanks. :)
For all that work, this stood out:

"SOME IMPORTANT ISSUES TO CARE BEFORE STARTING A PROJECT"

could you tell the prospective investors how such a nonsense statement got into the proposal?

You can't do it by example, that's the point.  The project proposal and specifications above would to directly to the trash can the moment the failure in Enlish was noted.  It's too long.  It doesn't get the point across.  It seems to have too much university or cubicle flare, and not enough facts and reality.

Sites are cheap and ineffective; the Internet should be given less than 10% credibility and/ or weighting for ability and effort.  A book, on the other hand, and interview with a businessman or bank manager, the owner of a software company, these have 90% credibility and weighting for ability and effort.

The Small Business Administration has all kinds of information on how to present a project and specifications.  The first thing you better have is how much it's going to cost.  If you don't know that first, it's pretty much a dead proposal.

That means, for those who don't know, break downs for manhours, salaries, fixed costs, variable costs, assets, 1 month, 2 month, 3 month, 6 month, 1 year, 2 year, 5 year, and 10 year projected costs vs. profits, with cashflows and capitalization.

Phrase objects, like "software paradigm" have really dumb and business inexperienced student/grad/professor written all over them!

So, your proposal says you don't check things yourself, you use unexplained terms and confusing language, and you have a hidden agenda; could it be to bilk investors witha  log of flowery courting, but no real honest effort and work?

Do you see now how  not to write project architecture and specifications ?

Learn by doing.  You will be told by those with the dough-re-mi what makes your proposal look like trash; honesty is the best policy.  Stop trying to be "The Donald" or "The Bill."  After all, neither of them has anyone else to thank for their successes than their fathers who paid their way.  Unless daddy has a few million around for your software project, like their daddy's, you'll have to be the first generation to do it.

And the people you're persenting to are just not that stupid to think the work above is yours; you didn't even fix the dangling participles and business investors don't have "issues," they have problems, bud!

Like, paying people, that is not an issue, but is a problem called "hard work."

By the way, it's "programming," not coding; that  sounds like a ten year old.

My answer to the above proposal would be :

Da Bank say were not giving u 1 cent!  ur props are lame; we see you and don't want to feel you.
Hi GinEric,

how long u will criticize me? Don’t mind I’m just for fun. After reviewing your comments I want to explain some points. First of all I want to say that currently I’m a student of Master in Computer Applications. Apart from my study whenever possible I do like to involve my self in live projects as small inventory applications, web applications etc. As said as I’m a student, I’ve to complete the whole project myself.

Here, all I’ve mentioned is based on how I’m experienced with my previous projects and ofcourse what I gathered while studying.

As u said, “you use unexplained terms and confusing language, and you have a hidden agenda” here all I would like to say that you may be right upto some extent.

About “Phrase objects, like "software paradigm" have really dumb and business inexperienced student/grad/professor written all over them!” I would like to that that this is not a part of the business proposal or project specification. This is nothing but just an additional tip, what I should mention. Here I want to ask you isn’t the Incremental Model is a good choice for the developers who develop small projects?

To end with thanks for ur comments.

:)
