I need a sample software project management documentation.
I don't need methodologies and tutorials.
I need actual sample of a software planning documentation.
It should consist of the documentation of the presentation layer, business layer and the data layer.
At least 2 please.

If have given a grade of C to because it didn't answer my question very well. It just gave me an example from which i can also browse using google... I gave the points for the effort, and gave a Grade of C because I find his answer not so responsive for my question. If for you I have gave a wrong grade, then I'm most willing to change it but not upto the grade of A.
