Looking for a UML tool

I am looking for a UML tool. I used to use gentleware's Poseidon for UML Community Edition. It was free but it is not free.

Can anybody recommend a UML tool? It shall be at least as good as Poseidon for UML Community Edition, if not better.

I am a student and my budget for the tool is 100 USD. I just tried ArgoUML but I am not satisfied with it. So if you are recommending an open source/free tool, it must be better than ArgoUML.
