Business logic in user interface

I was not able to get any information from Google beacause the problem i have, is kind of difficult to search.

Problem that I have:
I'm developing a big corporate information system and thought how to manage the differences in user interface between a number of user groups and users. I'd like to know if there is any design patterns or just good advice available. For example i'd like to show a form witch has some additional inputs for some groups and some constraints for another group.

I wouldnt consider using some usual business process managment tactics because the differences between different users and different groups are not so big. Mostly the user needs to fill in or is shown a subset of available data.
