Ongoing Numerical analysis of a - b exp(-c x^d)

From experts help I've managed to produce a matrix for the analysis of an exponential function f(x) = a (1-exp(-bx))
, containing only 2 coefficients (a and b). I'd like some help to extend the matrix procedures (if possible) to determine the coefficients (a,b,c and d) for the Weibull Model: f(x)=a-b*exp(-c*x^d)

solve for f(x) = a (1-exp(-bx))
