Is there a way to get the outlook public folders on my BlackBerry? I tried with Desktop Manager but I don't seem to find the option. We are using Exchange 2003

please help
On version 4.3 you need to go to the "Synchronization" icon and then select the configuration tab. On the config tab you will see "Configure Synch.."
then I select the "Address Book"
A window called "Address Book Setup" opens and ask me to choose an "Available desktop application"
the two choices I have are:
* <None>
* ASCII Importer/Exporter
if i select none, it says Congratulation and then the AddressBook is still uncklicked

It appears your Desktop Manager hasn't installed correctly. Normally you can select Outlook, Notes etc
shall I uninstall and reinstall?
the fact that I'm on Vista makes a difference?

Is the same capability--using a public folder for contacts instead of the Contacts folder in the mailbox--possible with Blackberry Enterprise Server or is the functionality limited to DM?
Public Contacts Example
* It is assumed you already have a contacts list in a public folder.
1. Open desktop manager
2. Select "IntelliSync" and then "configure pim"
3. Select address book and click choose.
4. click "Browse" (at the bottom) and "add", then choose contacts in your public folder
