Is there a clipboard format to specify that we are dropping a URL? I was trying to drop it in a DROPFILES format (CF_HDROP). If there is a specific format for dropping URLs exclusively, then, all applications except web browsers would reject the drop. Any ideas?<br />

When I am dragging a file to drop on a particular application, how can I set restrictions? For instance, I want to drop a URL on to only a web browser.. All other applications over which I drag this item should display a circle with a cross bar. How to do this?
