&nbsp; &nbsp;If you look in the resources tab of the device in device manager it should tell you what is conflicting, ie irq, memory allocation etc and should also tell you which other device is using that particular resource, once you know this information you should be able to overcome the conflict by disabling some device that is not needed to free up resources.<br />

If you have any difficulty doing this do not hesitate to ask for more advice.<br />

I have checked the device manager. Certain devices are assigned same IRQ numbers which i guess is completely ok. <br />
So what do i do next?

I have a Dell precision 360 machine(BIOS Version: A01) with WinXP SP1. On insertion of Matrox 450 MMS card(PCI video card), i get a device conflict problem i.e Code 12.<br />
