Directory Assistance database has one or more invalid replicas for domain error

I am Running Domino 6.5.3 on Redhat Linux ES 3

I am trying to configure Directory Assistance between a Primary and Secondary domain.
I created the da.nsf files on all servers in the two domains and I enetred that name in the server documents.  When I restart the server I get the following error

Directory Assistance database has one or more invalid replicas for domain XXX
Directory Assistance database has one or more invalid replicas for domain  YYY

Any idea what this is about?

Additionally in the Domino adminstartor under Configuration/Directory  .. I do not have a Directory Assistance menu like I think I should.

thanks

In the directory assistance document, under the replicas tab did you create a database link to the directory db you want to add?

twizted,

Originally I had the name of the da database in the da document ... DUH!!! .. SO I fixed that and made some progress ... now I can get Directory Assistance to show up in the configuration tab under the domino administrator but I am still receiving errors.   If I try to send a new message and pull of the addres sbooks I can now See directory assistance in the drp down menu, but if I select it I get "Domino Directory Does not contain a required view"  At the moment I am not sure if the other erors still exists.   I did get tthe primary domain error to go away on the secondary domain when I removed the backup clustered server from the da document.

Our mail goal is to use this for web authentication, I don't really care about using DA for email.

Tom,

I did not see a set directory assitance action when viewing names.nsf in either the client or administrator.   Other than that it is basically working the way we want it to.  I don't care about DA not showing up in teh drop down menu when sending emails ... I really only care about web authentication and that is workign fine now.  I will award points after figuring out the "- use the "Set directory information" action in the names.nsf, to set the name of the da.nsf (don't just enter it in the server document's field directly)."  step in  your instructions.

Thanks

Dan
