Different types of electrical switches
Hi, I didnt know where else to post this but I need to know where you can buy cheap electrical switches for home projects. The type of switches I'm looking for are the ones used in audio mixers which when you press them once latch on and when you press them again, they latch off. I've only been able to find ones which are really quite expensive (£1 each) and this type of price is not practical for my scale of project.
Thanks,

Push button switches
Latching push button switches (Push to make = push to make contact = push for ON)
Here you see the push button, the one with the red ... button!

The switches you have given have all been really big - I wanted more small switches like what are used for the solo buttons on sound mixers.

Then tell them to give you a deal on quantity, most suppliers would.
I'd say you can save to 20-30%

Contact the manufacturer of the switch you already found and ask if there is a bulk discount for purchasing over 100.
