Problem Sending Mail Exchange 2007

When mail is sento out of our email domain to a internet address it is tagged in the format of name@doamin.local so it is being stopped by servers trying to do reverse lookups, and even if it does go through it cannot be responded to. It needs to say name@internetdomain.com how do I change this.Start Free Trial
