Best sources online for the newest security threats (500 pts)

I am looking for the websites that you all use to keep yourselves up to date on the newest threats to computer systems. Im specifically looking for sites that deal with new emerging threats virus/malware/etc as well as a site that shows the newest trends in spam emails and preferabley dicsussion of custom rules and methods to block them.

Right now the best site I have found id www.f-secure.com\weblog they cover a pretty good amount of info but they dont always have the newest stuff right away.  Start Free Trial
