unable to set home page

hello experts,
please, i am having a problem. i m not able to change default home page at :
tools->internet options->home page Address
this text box is disabled with already set www.yahoo.com in it.
Please tell me how do i enable it so that i can change default home page as per my liking.
i m using windows xp.

There is a Group Policy enforced that has set this home page and therefore is preventing you from changing it.

at start->run which command is given to open group policy editor. i have forgotton.
gpedit is not working. please help.
gpedit.msc doesn't work?
it runs.
above setting was set to Not Configured. i changed it to Disabled.
it worked. now i can change it.
