CUPC won't register with Cisco Unified Presence (CUPS) server
I've installed a CUPC client ver 7.0 and I'm trying to register with my Presence server. My presence server is showing all green for CUCM integration.
When I start the CUPC client I get the message "Connected(Limited)" and I can't make any calls. When I click "Action" on the menu the "Place Call" option is grey'd out.
I've attached screen shots that show the error messages and the troubleshooter results.

I've seen this when the user in CM has credential setting for "user must change"

@lrmoore: The password credential is set to "Does not expire" and "User must change at next login" is unchecked. This is the default credential policy.
Dns correctly resolves presence.nvlab.local on the PC that you are trying to run CUPC on?

I wasn't sure about that since I was having DNS issues but I put "presence" and "presence.nvlab.local" in the PCs host file. I can ping both from the CMD prompt.
what is the status on licenses? :) need 3 licenses per user.
