An extract:

Is Domino supported on Windows Server Clustering Technology?

Lotus Domino 6.x and later releases are fully supported running under Microsoft Cluster Service. However, Microsoft Cluster Service should only be used for operating system and hardware failure scenarios. New features in Domino 6 and beyond allow for faster and more efficient recovery of Domino, and should be used instead of Microsoft Cluster Service for Domino Application availability. Be sure to read the rest of this document to understand how the Domino functions NSD and Fault Recovery might interact with Microsoft Cluster Service.
(This statement is applicable to Domino 6.x and later releases running on a Windows 2000 Advanced Server or Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition.)

In other words: you can achieve a better Domino environment by using the Domino clustering features.

Awinish
that link is for Windows *2000*, not for 2003; cluster management has changed quite a lot since then.
